Charging EV charging devices ​- financial leasing for companies

Financial leasing is the long-term hire of capital assets, and is appropriate for the financing of devices and movable items. Companies now have the possibility to apply for financial leasing for PlugIt Finland's EV charging devices. Financial leasing concerns all charging devices in PlugIt Finland's range.

· Leasing is for you if you do not wish to own the device.
· The item being financed acts as collateral.
· The hire period is determined according to the lifetime of the item to be financed.
· Leasing hire payments appear as rental costs in your company's income statment.
· Leasing assets are not entered as your company's fixed assets.
· Leasing payments are tax deductible expenses which are allocated by rental period.
· The VAT on the payment is generally tax deductible, and is clearly specified in the invoices.

· Your company's assets are released for more productive use.
· The costs of the investment are distributed over the entire operating time of the device.
· The monthly payments are always the same, facilitating your budgeting.
· The financed item acts as collateral, eliminating the need for other collateral.

When acquiring charging devices at a price of €5 000 plus €2 000 installation costs (total €7 000), it is now possible to get financial leasing according to the table below (the calculations are intended as a guide only). Financial leasing always requires a a credit decision approved by the financing company.
