Basis of agreement - EV charging point for a housing company
It is advisable to have a written contract on EV charging at a housing company.
It is just as easy to arrange EV charging at a housing company as it is at a detached house. It is, however, recommended to ask permission for charging from the housing company. In order to get permission, a board meeting should be held to decide on the issue.
For the benefit of all parties, the best and most transparent alternative is to draw up a written contract between the housing company and the shareholders/occupants with regard to car charging. Thus misunderstandings can for the most part be avoided.
The attached basis of agreement was compiled on according to a certain housing company's requirements. In this case, the parking place share owned by the occupant was equipped with an EV charging device. Other housing companies can use and adapt the basis of agreement to their own requirements.
You can read the basis of agreement here as a pdf file, and the word file can be modified to suit your needs (in Finnish only).
